Houseplan Headache!!!!
Why is it so difficult deciding on a houseplan???? I have free rein to choose whatever I want and I CAN NOT decide!!! We received great news on our construction loan today and everyone is waiting on me to get the plan. Talk about pressure!!!! If I can not decide by tomorrow, I'm taking all 5 plans and putting them in a hat and just let it be the luck of the draw.... unless anyone has any advice....

I always say....make sure you have a big kitchen, comfy family room, and most importantly plently of closets/storage space!!!! So much fun!!!
Just draw your own! Our contractor took mine on a piece of paper. Any good contractor doesn't need a "plan" and can build to your specifications!!! Keep it open and bright (I do so need some color in my house... hint, hint KRZ). Where are u building?
You'll never guess who our contractor is...Lloyd Busby :)We are building on Grace Baptist Church Rd. It's right off of 301 and right by his house.
Speaking about the house...MAKE IT BIG...........BIG kitchen with LOTS of cabinets and a nook for a table and a BIG pantry...BIG family room with a fireplace and BIG windows to look out...BIG bedrooms with BIG Closets ....BIG spare rooms with BIG Closets...Big Showers in the bathrooms.........BIG laundry room with a sink....and THREE car garage.....and a BIG shed in the back for HIS tools.......but you still have a roof over your house now...so take your time...relax on the cruise have a blast....and then build the house of your dreams when you come back...........HAVE a GREAT SUMMER
